True but it doesn't hurt to suggest it for the clan pack arsenal does it now?
Also Ferro Fibrous is an exception right? Inner sphere should have it because they lost it in the Succession Wars.

There was a hell lot of tech lost in the wars, Ferro fibrous, endo-steel hell even Double Heat sinks was lost for a time. but part of that tech was recovered with the Helm memory core.

All the tech we have now was available to the IS just prior to the clan invasion (it may not have been prevelant, but it was there), and we're missing MASC and Triple Strength Moyamer (MASC is coming, not sure about TSM, which might have issues given the current heat system) and maybe a few other minor items.
This was clan exclusive till later, so it's not likely to show up till later. And that uncontrolable heat penalty could be a problem.
