Is it possible to control the Torso and the Arms separately by using two joysticks?

So for example on Atlas with AC20 and 2xLL: can i aim the AC20 at enemy A and the LLs at enemy B at the same time? Povided they are close together.

Basically i wanna cut down on aim time by aiming the AC20 and the Lasers in parallel instead of sequentially. So is it possible with 2 sticks?

The torso auto-follows the arms, I think - so you could aim briefly at different targets, but it'll be dumb luck if you actually hit both.

More generally, it's possible to use two sticks - I'm using a pair of Thrustmaster T.16000Ms. One drives the legs, one aims.

Its definitely possible, I tried it a very long time ago, It worked well if a bit tiring, probably would get used to it after a bit though

I think you misunderstood the question, which is can 2 joysticks be used to control the upper body. One joystick controlling the torso and one controlling the arms, to which the answer is a definitive no.

You can use 2 joys to control your mech yes, just not as OP asked about... but the subject of joystick viability for reticule aim is a matter of protracted discussion. Controls Demystified(?)
