Almost every time I get into Frozen City Night, it looks like this:


specs-
i7 3930k
gtx780
16gb ddr3 ram
win7

Have you
(1) Run the repair tool to see if a patch has corrupted anything?

(2) If that doesn't work, have you submitted a support ticket with the screenshot, spec, DXDiag and Omicron log attached?

Good luck with resolution.

I think this is the same bug. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon
