Just posting after you have bought it however, triggers the activation of the in-forum badge - if that helps

How hard is it to design 12 3x3 images.

Not a founder so I have no idea what those look like.
The faction badges have to be redeemed here first, and they are in the game. They won't DO anything yet, except look neat.

I believe one one the big things preventing those being put in is the conflict with the founders emblems.
With how close they claim to being ready with UI2.0 I am willing to bet we won't get them until the new UI.

A: Yes, similar to how you are currently able to change your forum avatar, you will be able to choose to show your Project Phoenix Package Icon. Changing your In-Game badge will be possible once that functionality is added to the game.
My guess is part of UI2.0 will be adjusting that in-game badge. They just don't have the ability to do it yet with the current "old" UI.

I could care less about an in game icon next to my name.
I'd rather get UI 2.0, more maps, more game modes, pre game lobbies, in game team voip, and maybe some day, CW.
But to each their own...

I would second this, esp as what chassis they are driving (and thus what weapons/armor/speed combo they are potentially bringing) is more important than how much they spend on the game.
Take me for example: I am probably (at best) an average player - yet I have the whole Phoenix set+.
