My young feller did something similar.... He loves watching me play, so I set him up in the testing grounds while I did some studying. After a while I hear Betty chime "incoming missiles"... Come hurrying in to find my 7 year old stomping about in a DDC in Assault...
He managed to grasp the movement/torso mechanics in one game. Scored a kill too. Little sod....

Heh, truth.
When he's watching me play, if he ever sees a 3PV drone, he tells me:
"Dad, you see that robot with the red thing behind him? You should follow him, he's new and he needs your help!"
"Why do you think that, bud?"
"Because if you have to watch from behind you don't know how to play!"
O.o
I have never made mention of the 3pv drone, nor speculated on the use of the drone vs player skill to him either.
