Every MMO-type game out there gives some kind of incentive for the trouble of organizing large groups for raids etc, usually in the form of better loot or more cash.
Last night the 12-man I was in faced the same 2 teams 6 times. Clearly there were not that many 12-mans in the queue...
I would like to suggest some kind of C-Bill and/or XP incentive for people going to the trouble of organizing 12-man drops. They are more work to organize and should be rewarded somehow. This might also encourage people to form 12-mans and increase the number of teams out there.
Please vote or post your thoughts on this.

Eh, I don't see why you should get something "extra" for grouping up.

Open up the queue to everyone, and let folks join it with any number of players.
The reason you see so few people in the 12 man queue is because it's a huge pain to get exactly 12 people together to play, especially when you can't play together at all when you have between 5 and 11 people.

I still don't see why you should get something extra for playing with your unit

I have a feeling 12-man groups will play a large factor in CW.
