Design a character image generator (highly adjustable like in current role playing games such as Fallout, Mass Effect, you name it) that generates images for

1. Forum avatars,
2. For fun (like a foto booth, maybe used also by roleplayers), and
3. When speaking in MWO, the image comes up in the hud with the players name.

It would add some new social aspect to the game and allows more personalization features to MWO. Especially with moving towards some 1:1 game modes this would increase the social part of it.

And of course it allows a lot of options to make a few bucks on PGI side, e.g. sales of fraction uniforms or backgrounds.
