Basically this build is designed for close range but it has some long range kick from the AC10 and the ER Large Lasers. Here it is http://mwo.smurfy-ne...7c7edbf4c415334

Mine is similar to this, but I went with std engine, AC20, and streaks instead of SRM. AC20 wont work with XL. Streaks are lighter then SRM, and only there to fend off lights. They tend to dissapear when they start getting pegged by those. AC10 plus SRM is pretty potent, but I feel AC20 without SRM is fairly close. 2 ERLL is deff the way to go on this mech, they provide the long range reach and also work in a brawl, and arm mount means they work on lights too.

What you have was what I was actually going to go for down the road after saving some money up for the XL, but I was going to go bigger on the XL for more speed. however, I am digging the AC20 on it right now, so I doubt I will pony up the cash for the XL anymore.

I had a similar build to yours but I didn't have Streaks just the ER Large Lasers and the AC20. Ran with it for a long time and enjoyed it, but this build i just find a lot more entertaining.

intresting. im no orion pilot (only have one). Why AC-10 and not 20? Ppl say AC-10 is a peashooter.
Me personaly never used only one AC-10.

AC10's are no good for internal damage but they do good work on armour.

No armour on the rear torso though, or is that a mistake?

Many people just fill in the Max-Armor in the Torsos to be faster and adjust the front/rear in the Mechlab itself. :)
