Note that maximums are totals, to get the 'per tick maximum values' divide all maximum values by 10.

No. Because before they wiped the forums there was an official post where the developers specifically stated that before ANY laser damage would be applied it had to be held on the hit box for .0625 seconds.. which means that unless the laser stays on a specific hit box for the entire duration of each tick then there is no damage and no chance to crit at all. The reason why I even came to this thread was to find that old post because I can't remember if they said that the damage for pulse lasers was applied at the beginning of the tick instead of the end. So, if I am remembering that old post correctly then you are wrong. I just can't find that post anymore
