Blinking light?

thank you. I just got it fully downloaded now I need to find the manual and brush up on the pile of changes

Blinking light. When you go 3rd person, a camera flies out of your mech's butt. This camera represents a tangible object to actually "provide" the hovering camera view- In essence the pilt is watcjing the action from a hovering camera drone.

This camera is literally visible to all other players, and is even adorned with a big red blinking light to make it even more visible.

If you peek over a rock, and your mech remains 100% covered by the rock but the 3pv view you use can see over the rock, then other players can see the camera looking at them.

There is no manual. you can get a lot of details from smurfy and mwowiki though

Generally you only want to use 3PV to look around corners and over cap points, the thing it wasn't supposed to do to.

As it eliminates your radar and arm movement, it's completely useless to newbies and veterans alike for anything more than this.
