You haven't yet played 25 matches so you have a limit on where you can post and how much you may post. Play out the rest of your cadet bonus matches to unlock full forum use

If you haven't done so, collect the +1 free day of premium time from the download page and activate it before you run out of the cadet bonus!

You should invest in some punctuation, sorry, but I always have problems reading a text without any...

you could try ts1.housesteiner.com which is a House Steiner dedicated server (but we welcome everyone ofc) or the ComStar server: eu1.mech-connect.net Password: hG5!4Dg*.

Checked your Tube and felt compelled to make a suggestion. I would recommend using Open Broadcaster (http://obsproject.com/) for vids/streams as it has no horizontal name on recordings and it is 100% free.

Really wish I had known this before I grinded my way into, what seems to be, the only mech I'll ever afford on this account. Now I'm only making on average 25k per round... do the math, 10 minutes per round, that's 24 hours of constant grinding just to afford a Light Mech. If you want I'll record all my earnings game-by-game. I hope they fix this.

You seem to be earning minimum wages. That's what you earn if you've done essentially nothing and lost. Capture or assist in capturing a base gives money. Putting a single shot into a random enemy that dies soon after gets you a kill assist. If the allies were about to die when that enemy dies, that's an additional bonus.

A single kill assist pays 3200 cbills and all you have to do is put 1 shot into the enemy. Sometimes just ramming them is enough.

Destroying a single body part pays 1,100 cbills.

Simply pressing R (target) for an allied missile boat pays 2,100 per target, per missile using ally that shoots it. Paid when the missiles hit.

Using a trial mech and feel slow? Try defending a base. Defense kills stack with kill assists and savior assists. For some reason I can't recall the defense and savior assists off the top of my head, but let's say they're 2,800. Picture this. Even if you don't kill the enemy (an ally does), because you hit an enemy trying to take your base while your ally or yourself is almost dead... You get 3,200 cbills + 2,800 defense kill assists + 2,800 savior assists. That's 8,800 cbills just for putting in a few random shots and virtually no effort.
(These prices are on Conquest, which typically pays less than Assault.)

Spoiler

Just some ideas.

(Edit: Removed double statement. If they stack up, then there's no need to repeat that they stack up. lol.)
(Edit 2: Play Assault. I've been paying attention to individual earnings and it's a ~lot~ more than what I said up above just for pressing R. The kill assists and the like pay more too.)

What Koniving said. A good win can net you 100K per match. Something else to consider is getting a Beagle Active Probe. Costs around 400K, but if you counter enemy ECM for 5 seconds, you get 150 XP, and a couple K C-bills and an assist (???) nets you 25 XP and a smaller payout. It's more for XP but would pay for itself eventually and then be a profit maker, plus it's useful on it's on.

General advice: stick with the group. Shoot things other people are shooting (they die faster and thus shoot less so better odds you win the match). Experiment with the trial mechs, they may not suit your style, but then again you may find one you like better. For a while I used a LRM boat to farm assists, basically shot anything that I could target so that if it died, I got an assist and thus some C-bills.

I get the proof reading but I have no way of playing, and I have not been here since november 2012, so I cant get to use the full forums, even the house I have been a part of since I started is kind of ridiculous in my opinion.

Umm.....a bit off topic...but FTR it's to cut down on spammers and such. If you haven't played 25 matches, then it's not likely the typical player would have much in the way of Feedback etc. Also, they decided to pass up us RP/Lore fans and cater to the Lol wut? crowd, so they don't really care about you being in a House.

On a role playing standpoint, there is some play to be found in the barracks and similar places. I've been thinking of dropping myself in there as a way of building up to a youtube project I'm ~very, very slowly~ working on.

Just quit your job and work will proceed on it faster...you could probably stand to lose a few lbs from eating less anyway ;)
