[Low Effort] [Med Impact] [Usability] Pressing 'end Chat' Key Should Display Chat Text

When in-game, a player says something and then the chat text fades out after a few seconds. It would be easier to simply press 'End Chat' key (default 'Enter') to display the chat text again without having to press 'All/Team/Lance Chat' key first.

Would be nice to be able to have that text dumped to a .txt file, ... too.
