No question.

Yeah, Boar's Head is a pretty mediocre variant for laser boating. Stalkers and Battlemasters are better for going nuts with lasers.

Arms on a Stalker don't move horizontally. And on a Battlemaster, there is, at most, 1 Energy hardpoint in an arm.
If that is not an issue, these two have 6+ E-hardpoints, as does the 8Q.

Currently available?
Stalker 3F (The 5M and 5S also get a shout out).
The 3F is the stalker with the best twist, and has 6 high mounted energy weapon slots to boat. The 5S looses some torso twist but has dual AMS (which is nice in a slow stalker), and the 5M only has 5 energy slots and less twist than the 3F, but it has a CT slot for zombie (happens in a stalker), and an extra missile slot (without the door) which can be useful for a brawler.
Highlander 733P is the Highlander energy boat (4 Energy slots, 3 Missile), and while it doesn't get much love from folks who like balistics, it should be ok if you simply want to boat some energy weapons.
The Quickdraw can boat energy, but it's small enough tonnage wise it can run hot if you want speed (which it's known for), and it's large enough profile wise it tends to die easier than I'd like. Very steep learning curve.
The Jester is a viable energy boat, and appears to be effective in fire support roles with a 355XL engine.
Coming?
Battlemaster 1G and 1G have some high mounted energy slots, and an arm mounted slot that can move side to side (though it's low mounted) as well as avaialble balistics (and a missile slot on the G).
Thunderbolt 5SS has 7 energy slots, including 2 very high mounted, and 2 on one arm, and no thunderbolt has less than 5
