One of the Mechs that I have shoots its Missiles at the same time when I shoot the laser beam. That means when I press number 1 or use (left mouse bottom) it will fire both the laser and the missiles at once. I tried changing the firing order by using the direction arrows and Back space but I can not really assign a key for the weapon. I think it is very complex and could have been made way more ergonomic. ANY HELP??!!!

How Can I Change My Weapons Firing Order?

Change your firing groups. Use the arrow keys to select a particular weapon/group and press the left 'CTRL' to select/unselect the firing group.

The actual operation is to:
- Enter a Training Grounds session or a Match.
- Move the up/down arrows to select the appropriate weapon
- use the right CTRL key to toggle that weapon off
- Use the left/right arrows to select the appropriate group
- Press right CTRL again to toggle the weapon on for the selected group.
- Repeat as necessary until the weapons you want are in the groups you want

Right 'CTRL' key is the correct one, left Control I think just enables free look inside your cockpit.
The backspace key only toggles on and off chain fire for the currently selected group
