Stuck In 3D Mode

Every time I boot up the game it automatically goes to 3d mode. I can turn it off which is a problem for me. Is there a way to fix it?

It's probably a setting in your graphics control panel. There's a "Stereoscopic 3D" section in the Nvidia settings. Don't know about AMD/ATI.
