Plz Change Ready-Screen, Drop-Mechanic And Spawn-Order

As it is now, 12-drops are highly factored with the random-drop-location-issue. A dice-roll of the MM so to speak.

As it is now:
Players are dropped onto the server and onto the map
the ready-Screen counts down,
the Cdr may change the lances
but: those changes have no effect onto the spawn-points.
Your lances are scattered and mixed and have only by chance a chance against an attacking lance from the opposite.


I am sure, there will be some smart guys who say "L2P", or "So you have to regroup after start, so whats the problem??", as it always is the case in this forums,
but
Lances should drop together. Thats a fact. And its intended, or you wouldnt have implemented that regoup-feature in the ready-screen
It only makes sense if the changes the Cdr does, have some real influence on the spawn-locations of the lances.

So, PGI, plz. Tell us, that you are aware of that fact and a solution is coming soon.
I really cant believe, that you have not seen that problem.
12man-games are influenced by the dice-roll of the MM. Thats quite funny for Trolls yes, but horrible for organized play.

I absolutely agree!

In 12 man drops it is neccessary to start with a coordinated lance setup. If I got my scouts separated over the whole map it costs me as dropcommander crucial seconds before I have the recon I need to lead my guys properly.
And if the other guy by luck has a full assault lance together he crushes me within minutes.

Please let us choose which mech drops where, at least in 12 man drops!
