I have the Heavy Metal and the 733C. What should I get for a 3rd variant?

The 733P for an energy boat Highlander, or the 733 for extra missiles. The 732 will probably feel too much like the Heavy Metal, but with worse weapons layout.

733 and load it with LRMs like this http://mwo.smurfy-ne...5fbbf6b2a9d5164 or you can go with SSRMs and AC10 like this http://mwo.smurfy-ne...8728d58b3502094

At the height of the PPC meta, the 732 was the Assault mech of choice. The HM is different that it cannot wield 3 PPCs in the arm... it's closer to a Victor than it is a regular Highlander variant.

I rather like the 733P. Run with a 325xl, 2PPCs, 2LL, and whatever mix of missiles you like. Heck, I like all the HGNs (I have the 732, the 733C and the P).

The 732 can run 3 PPCs in the side torso. Not much difference, other than field of fire. That and these days arm mounted PPCs aren't as good as they used to be.

To me it's
733C>=733=732>HM>733P. The first three are those I own and besides AC 20 on the 733C also 733 and 732 can be equally dangerous; the 733P was a good choice without ghost heat, but knowing that it's senseless mechanic was coiming, I avoided it
