The one that adds the stomping effects on TerraTherma...
...thank you.

Really.

It's a drop in the ocean, but at last i know there is someone that actually cares about giving this game the feel of "huge stomping machines".

Keep up the good work, even small things like those could make someone like me happy.

No matter how everyone focusing on UI and CW in your office.
Just don't give up!

Adding waves when mechs move in water, make better model of parked cars, make some rocks or debris rumble from the feet of a climbing mech...dunno how many other "small" things you can do, but pls don't stop.

I have been harsh sometimes about this argument, but this time...
You have my beans!
:)

P.S. I call those "small things" just because i know it's not part of UI or CW, but i stil consider them more than worthy.

Greetings all,

I'm looking forward to the engine update and DX11 entry, as they both allow for additional effects to be coded and "enabled" within the game and enviroment.

Time of day changes during matchs, light ray effects, real dynamic shadows, enhansed colours throughout all the maps and enviroments, better smoke, dust, partical effects. Improved terrain effects, and view distance, bump mapping on ground and Mech textures. Just so much that will be available if it's designed and coded into what we have now. CryEngine has so much potential for this Game, it just needs to be built into the system and enabled.

Can't wait to see what they have in store for the high detail setting players. And I add my thanks for the small details we are starting to see appear as the game develops.

Time of day changing dynamically on a map has been possible since CryEngine 2... It is a selection in the map maker tool. But they chose simply to make the time static, and simply re-release an existing map with a different time due to the silly short 15 minute match game modes.
