First off I love the shuffle-arounds on the whole. It's brought new life in to the game, and the ultimate aim of increasing lance co-ordination has worked.
HOWEVER, what I see happening a lot on all maps, is that the central Lance right at the start will break off toward their nearest lance, meaning 8 mechs often come across 4 enemies.
This is making roll's much more common.
If the start points were split in 2, with 8 on one side and 4 on the other, and the enemy start points were mirrored, then this would accomplish a far more balanced drop, than the current system. Similar start points are used on world of tanks, and they work really well there.
Another nitpicky issue is the lights have been given a serious nerf. Before it was possible to drop a UAV and light up almost an entire team, now we don't have that opportunity. Ultimately I think it's a better situation for the game, however light rewards should be brought in line with this.
Just my 2 cents.

there are worse problems iv come to realize. buying a jester completely took away all thoughts of where do I spawn and made them all it doesn't matter where"when do I get cored ?"

The biggest problem I see is dropping as a 12-man team. This should have not have been done until we had a lobby. Now you arrange your lances and find they are scattered thousands of meters apart on some maps. All it really does is delay the start of the game by a few minutes while the companies come together and try to get themselves properly sorted. Or one team gets lucky with their sorts and does a quick rollstomp. How long before competitive teams completely abandon the idea of lances and try to make everyone more or less interchangeable because of these spawn points?
Could this really not have waited until we had proper drop lobbies to sort our lances prior to hitting the Launch button?
Please roll this change back until the drop lobby is ready.

It's a nightmare for 12 mans. We need to be able to organize our lances before we drop into the map. Now we spend 5 minutes getting people grouped up in their lances before we even move out to fight, it sucks.

i love the new spawns. However it punishes people for not playing as a team and sometimes it ***** you up for playing as a PUG. If you spawn in the wrong lance, you are ****** and then you get yelled at by the "ubers" of your team.
