I know the hardpoints aren't exactly the same, but it's damned close.

MSK-9H

This is a clone of the MSK-9H, which is the updated version produced by the Terran Hegemony up until the Amaris Coup. General Kerensky had his people scour the Inner Sphere to find as many of these as possible for the Exodus, and managed to find around a hundred of them. The clone has been further updated with a slightly larger engine and double heatsinks in order to stay competitive, but the weapons loadout is the same.

The weapon grouping is a little on the tricky side, but once you get used to it, it can be quite devastating. Most importantly, it has the heat sinks necessary to keep up a fairly steady stream of PPC blasts, even on heat maps.

It's fun, it's flavorful, and it can win. What's not to love?

Just can't model the paunch barrels of the Mackie.

I'd try it though, I dig TRO builds.

If you do try it, let me know how it works out for you.

I'm currently going with something close to this loadout in my D atlas... hardpoints are not the same but it goes very nice. Most matches I get well over 700 damage. Worked out very nice for me. Running with std300 engine and Ams with 2 tons of ammo added to the loadout
