Honestly...

You clearly haven't played 12 mans yet. The biggest issue is that the spawn locations aren't balanced, It usually ends up 1 lance vs 2 lances on most maps.

Agreed. But it's not just an issue in 12 man-drops. It's also quite noticeable in PUG-matches.
