Game Won't Launch

After installing the latest patch, I have been unable to launch the game. After the launcher comes up and I click 'Play', nothing happens, no error messages but the game does not start. Any ideas?

Run the repair tool and/or reinstall.

Also: submit a support ticket if it doesn't go away.
