-New map => Bridge :
1 or multiple hudge bridge , start and roll .
-New mode , Hardcore mechwarrior :
mech destroy is lost !
-PVE , mission :
12vs12 / 8vs8 / 4vs4 :
players can be the in npc side ( they play the ia ) or the one who have to do the mission .

That's not a bad Idea. If you go to the way point designated by the Commander, you should get XP for following Orders.
However This Could be bad if the Commander is an ***** and sets the point mid map, in the open to get everyone killed.
You'd then Have to introduce a way (much like Red Orchestra Does) of limiting who the commander is, or only giving it to players who have Earned it.

Extraction :
- Blue team have to join the dropship they are 4 , 8 or 12 vs 12 .
- Red team have to stop them , always 12 .

Nope. Makes brawlers helpless, they'll be sniped to death. Unfair.

Nope. It takes many dozens battles to earn c-bills for a new mech, possibly over a 100 battles if to include upgrades, weapons desired, etc. Very soon, those who die often will be left without any mech nor enough c-bills to buy a new one, - and those who will die rarely will start to kill each other, producing more of "killed often" guys. The cycle will repeat, until there are less than a few dozens people who have any Hardcore mech, - match maker wouldn't be able to even form 2 12-man teams outta them, so they'll be stuck unable to paly. End result: nobody plays Hardcore mode. So then, why to make it in the 1st place.

Yep. Can be very good. Much like Mass Effect 3 multiplayer goes, yep. But it'll have to wait a loooong time - lots of features are to be made 1st, like some or most of features mentioned in http://mwomercs.com/...eeded-to-do-so/ topic - and then lots of AI programming on top. I'd say don't even start to hope for at least 2 years...

Given that Hawken is going to a PVE gamemode with their Invasion patch, I have to wonder if we'll see something similar in the future.

- Turn off the cap system , it s making most of the game a cap base .
Better than the cap stuff in 12vs12 // 8vs8 ( you have to turn it on AGAIN ) .
ASSAULT MODE :
Blue start on A , they have to reach B .
Red stat on B , they have to stop blue team ( Ambush direct assault whatever ) .
CONQUEST MODE :
Blue have to gather information on each point ! When they collect the 750 data's they won .
Red team have to stop them ( Ambush direct assault whatever ) .
Can we sold the founder mech ? they turned so useless ... they take room in the mechbay .

Bridge map: Yes, but make it similar to Hoover Dam. Lower land route, middle bridge, upper curved causeway for cover. (Hoover dam is easiest example of this.)
PvE: IDK......
Mission Mode: Yes, but in PvP realm.

That's too hard. How about this for a hardcore-mode:
Loser gets nothing. No CB, no XP, no GXP.
And to trick people into playing it nevertheless, winner gets 20% more than usual.
Killed 3 enemy-Mechs, but your team lost? You get nothing.

PVE : npc will be played by player !!! ( 12blue vs 12red : blue will be the one who get the mission , red team the npc . )
mission mode always pvp mission : search and destroy , protect , extract !
