Dear PGI,

I am going to try to be as constructive as possible in this post.

Over the last few days there has been a plethora of topics generated regarding your Upcoming Feature release of the Clan Mechs for June next year. A few threads have also been deleted.

Unfortunately the majority of these threads have been negative am I am really hoping that you take notice of this and ask yourself some serious questions on why so much negativity.

There currently is a lot of mistrust by players who have been playing MWO for a while now and they have been quite vocal about this.

Please do not dismiss their grievances and comments and just try to get a general gist of the commonality of complaint here.

PGI, you have made many promises of new content over the last 2 years with deadlines not being met and this is what is causing a lot of concern by players. I believe that a majority of players would like to see game fixes, different game modes, faster map creation etc that maintains player interest.

New mechs are always nice but ultimately they do not hold a player to the game when the general game mode is always the same.

PGI - PLEASE get an understanding of the main reasons people are complaining and threatening to not spend any more money on your product. Give players some solid details that will give them hope that this game has something different to offer soon.

There is much hate on these forums but I also sense much that there is much fear that MWO is a failing game where investing any more money in this game is a great risk.
