Clan invasion - another reason to milk players. 240$ for full package, and 500$!! for gold mech this is outrageous at best. GG PGI i wish you to choke with those grabbed money you will get.

No more from me - first get game done than ask for money - stupid lazy developers you think you gonna make another X number of premium mechs to please us and fill your pocket? Gues what - you will simply disappoint rest of faithful players and than there will be no one left to support you. But maybe thats a plan - milk us till you can and than cancel product claiming that market is not ready for battletech game....

I wont support this game with more money because i know now PGI is killing it. MWO wont survive anoyher 2 yrs so why bother.

Problem solved. No need to get angry, they are not making anyone spend money on MWO. You can walk away at any time.
I will be purchasing the Clan package. At 24 Mech's + extras for $240, thats less than $10 each for some awesome looking mechs, yes please.

yeah for sure, and *those* who pay for this **** will only encurage PGI to make another premium overprized mechs packs without even worrying about game mechanics itself. Where is promised UI 2.0? Where is promised CW? where is dx 11? All i can see so far is no weapon ballance, no regional servers, duble heat sinks that are accualy 1.4., useless srms's, ECM that work like combined guardian +angel ECM, ghost heat, chargable gauss etc etc.. PGI dont give a f.. about making this game fuctional they only reaching out hands for more money, money, money ..

I will [redacted] every mech from this pack i see in game, and as you wrote - there are a lot of people who are going to jump on this deal. Thats for sure.

I got some MC from black Friday and just picked up the Muromets as my first hero mech. I have some mc left over and I am debating between the heavy metal or the firebrand. What do you guys think?

inb4 some tart says "hurdurrr but you're a founder and overlord, you spent moneyz" yea because I wanted the content that was in said pack and because the amount of content/dollaramount wasn't as obscene. also since it doesn't show it, I didn't purchase founders until it was almost done being sold, i had been in the beta while before being a founder, and i didn't buy overlord until the last day. So i had plenty of time to think about my purchasing the items in question.

F2P games dont live off of overpriced {Scrap}, if they're smart they never price anything too high. take a look at league of legends, i dont think anything they sell is over $100. And they give you the option of buying certain things with non-premium currency. hell alot of times people get more impatient if you can buy it with either premium or non-premium and they cave in and buy it with premium. but "premium only" is just wrong.

They are both nice Mechs for the sale price, you can't go wrong with either one. I'm partial to the Jagermech (Firebrand)

I don't think its the price per a meck that's the problem, unfinished game aside, (they probably should have waited for community warfare to kick in) most people aren't eager to hand over that much money to get the mecks they are interested in.

personally $210 for the 4 mecks i want is a lot and 6-7 months is plenty of time to make some C-bills (assuming there is a month between package release and C bill release or perhaps a month and a half if they have an MC only period. (they wont be able to stagger them like the phoenix mecks as it would mess up the clan V IS kick off)

I would buy 4-5 levels if i had some choice but as it is I will probably just get the first two and get the timber wolf and storm crow latter.

but deferentially not before community warfare.

I'm not sure why anyone complains about sales... Or not being ready for them... Or saying its a "moneygrab." Not at all. Everyone who has spent any time with this game knows that every Friday there is a sale launched, and when there are patches they come on Tuesdays.

And yes, I did pick up a new hero mech. I was looking for a new mech to get into and this was a good opportunity.

Next goal- to pick up the colors when they go on sale so I can run my Jagermechs in Davion parade colors.
