should we be 1 shooted by artyllery strike ? is it a bug ?
Even if the first arty doesn't blow the head off, it will leave it heavily damaged and the job can be finished with a second arty/lasers

this is something that has been annoying me for a long time now and i saw a few other people complaining about it when it happened in-game, so:
should we be 1 shooted by artyllery strike ? is it a bug ?
