Yeah I kinda had to look again when I saw the start date. Total lack of information except the mech customization.
Things they need to answer:
Will we need a different character? Makes zero sense to have a clan mech and IS mech in the same hanger. This is important enough for me to say I am out if it doesnt require this. If not then none of the following matters.
Will community warfare be operational before this?
Will it be an honor based economy for clan warriors forcing a quasi-zellbringin in order to make "money" and gain experience. Its extremely easy to code into the exisiting system to there is no reason why not.
No crossover tech for a minimum of 2 game years.

No you will not need a new char.. IS and clan mechs can mix
Yes U.I 2.0 will be active
Who knows or cares about DX 11

No it will be a C-Bill based economy
Zellbringen will not be enforced by the game
Pretty sure it will be cross-over tech from day one.
Also i am not sure it is at all that easy to program in a balanced system that relies on the playermakinga pro-active choice and still is smart enough to not punish players for lag or synch issues.

Its actually easy to program. No bonuses for assists, only the first person to shoot a mech gets credit for exp given. Game already keeps track of this information. Clans should definately play completely differently than normal IS. I and most fans do not want to play another IS faction with clan mechs.

I hope they will allow those who wish to "go clan" to trade our existing IS packages i.e. Founders, Phoenix, for clan equivalents.
I REALLY hope they do not mix clan and IS tech and mechs. Clan should be an entirely different "faction".
