JM6-A Point Defence LRM Mech

Been having a lot of fun with this recently, so figured I'd share. Basically it's a fully functioning LRM 'Mech, but with a nasty bite when things get too close.

I'm also something of a fan of loadouts that use all the hardpoints on a 'Mech in a semi-realistic way, whih this does nicely - just needs the Flamer model used on the Locust to be added to the Jager to make it look real nice.

2x Artemis LRM 15 (1260 rounds in 2x CASE)
2x SSRM 2 (100 rounds)
2x MG (2000 rounds)
Flamer

AMS (1000 rounds)
TAG
BAP

Std Engine 215
352pts Basic Armour
Endo-Steel
12x DHS

Honestly I like the set up.... except for the flamer...

One Flamer will never do anything... unless its for trolling/ vision hampering? Otherwise nice build

Actually, quite nice if you don't mind being THAT slow.
One question though, why did you put BAP in the leg?

Also this build is quite uniqe and seems pretty fun, good use of all the slots but 2. You have case in both side torsos why not put the MG ammo and AMS ammo there too? I thnk MG ammo does more on explosions though im not certain so having it in the CT could be bad.

Nice to see some feedback and people liking this one :D

The Flamer is mostly to buy a little time, partly by vision effect, partly as it messes with borderline-hot builds. Frankly one MLAS seemed less effective / fun.

The ammo is scattered around such that CASE blow-out doesn't throw your MG / AMS / SSRM ammo with the main LRM loads. The BAP location is debatable, in fact I've now swapped the BAP and MG ammo on my build.
