with all the talk of money grubbing, high prices and lack of any real information, this topic may get lost in the fur-ball. but regardless, i think its something that should be atleast inquired about. the uller has lost its trademark cockpit design!

what was once the sensor suit has become the cockpit. and it just looks.. well, wrong. one of the great things about the kit-fox has always been its peripheral window layout. allowing for visual identification around the entire forward of the machine. i dont much understand the reason for this change, and i really hope they change it before release.

but i doubt my word will have much impact as the entirety of the mechwarrior community shreds itself from the inside out about bigger issues. regardless of the high price and general lack of content, i'll still be shelling my money forward for this oddly re-designed mech.

Not so much on the always actually. I remember the Dark Age mini was like that as well as the MW4 model.

alot of the mechwarrior 4 redesigns are drastic though, even some being re-designated as completely different machines, like the vulture Mk. II. that aside, online has had some odd designs in the past, but they typically keep the key features intact
