A) I want all the mechs.
B ) I don't have $240 effing dollars.
C) I don't want Digitally signed bs.
D) I don't need more Game time.
E) Who gives a carp about more useless in game content (Warhorns)

If they want to listen to their customers. Then stop over charging us for mechs.

A single mech shouldn't cost $10. a Mech should cost somewhere around $2 to $3.
It's called MICRO transactions, not MACRO.

Buy them with c-bills?

You can't buy Hero Mechs for C-bills.

Following the topic of this thread.

My suggestion is still:

Sell us a stripped version. No extra content. No Engines, No Armor, No Weapons, No Heatsinks.

JUST The mechs. Just the chassis. Let US outfit the mechs.

They aren't really Hero Mechs. They are exactly like the Phoenix and Founders mechs. Same variant, same load outs just adds the 30% C-Bill Boost and 10% Loyalty Points. Actual Hero mechs have a different load out with the 30% C-Bill Boost.

What if you just made each Clan Pack cost $120? I mean you could make it like this:

First Tier
Warhawk = $120
Timber Wolf =$ 90
Stormcrow = $60
Puma = $30

Second Tier
Dire Wolf = $120
Summoner = $90
Nova = $60
Kit Fox = $30

At least that way, people can choose what tier they want easier. If you wanted both, that would be like have two clans tiers for the price of one.

You can't take the engines or armor out of omnimechs

In addition to splitting up the package into 2 separate packages, have the ability to purchase any 1 mech( + 2 variants) for $40. I would raise the cost of the 4 mech bundles to $140. The bigger the bundle the cheaper the overall cost.

I support the split into 2 packages.

That sounds pretty reasonable.

Yeah and think about it like this. If you wanted to buy the Dire Wolf and Warhawk Tiers together, than it would cost you $240 together. In a way, it's kind of like having your cake and eating it too.

I really like this idea. It's sort like we pick up salvage. Almost. It'd be better if we could actually earn bidding rights to the clans mechs and tech by winning matches... but that would require actual game content beyond mech packages to be designed.

I like the idea of splitting things up. I'd like it more if you could manage your packages in such a manner as to select one mech from each weight category.

I also like the idea of purchasing any single mech for an inflated price.

Say 30$ +10$ for each weight class above light.
So any light: 30$
any medium: 40$
any heavy: 50$
any assault: 60$

you can then buy just the mech you want, and an inflated price... or the whole package for 120$

I bet they'd make bucketfuls more cash than they are currently as everyone and their brother plunks down 50$ for a Timberwolf.

They'd need to sell 5 "heavy" packages for about every full price package... and I bet that would happen.

I like the idea of tonnage packs. Just bump the price a dollar a mech. Or get rid of some of the extras.

Then you will probably make MOST people somewhat content. (happiness is doubtful here lately)

Heres my thing. The pack has double the content of pp. pp's top tier was 80$ therefore I will NOT spend a penny more than 160$ for a clan top tier. Where did the extra 80$ come from? The added 'content' other than the mechs is worthless, shouldnt even be included.

Disclaimer: I'm happy with the way the Clan prices are right now, and plan to buy the 240 (as an Australian 270 :)) Masakari pack (and maybe even a Gold Madcat XD) after Christmas/New Year.

I think it may have been a more popular package overall if they had it set up so that any given 'Mech package, is $30, with the bonus extras coming in with each extra 'Mech pack you buy.

Give more bonus content for the NUMBER of packs i buy at 30 dollars, rather than forced selections we currently have.
