Hi there,

I purchased one of the orders for Phoenix - I think it was the most expensive one I cannot accurately remember - but some of the mechs was meant to receive hasn't come through yet even though others have used them - the Griffin.

Where are the rest of my mechs?!

The Griffin and Wolverine mechs were part of the Saber reinforcements package, so unless you bought that as well as the pheonix package you won't receive them. You should have the locust, shadowhawk, thunderbolt, and battlemaster mechs, 3 of each.

If you purchased any of the Phoenix Packages you get the locust, shadowhawk, thunderbolt and battlemaster, depending on your chosen package (looking at your badge you obviously got the overlord package, wich is indeed the "big one").

To get the griffin and wolverine you would have had to ADDITIONALLY purchase the Saber Reinforcement Package.

If you did that and your griffin and wolverine don't show up, write a support ticket and they will hopefully help you in a timely manner, certainly quicker than waiting for an answer here.
If you didn't do that you are out of luck, no phoenix-griffins for you. Wait until february/march to buy the standard-variants with c-bills.
