I got one shoted in a raven 3L ...in left torso with full armour and no other damage from over 500 meters away ...is that possible ??

YES

To put it short the Dmg report only show the kind of weapons who hit you no the total amount of times they did.

This means you was hit by somewhere between 1 and infinitum (with current mechs 24 Ac/20)

Considering the Raven armor and internals 1x AC/20 should be enough to one hit you if it impacts in the rear part of your side torso + XL

high chances 2x Ac/20 should one hit you too even from the frontal side.

... So someone is actually lucky enough to hit light mechs with ballistics? I score only zero damage despite visual "hit" confirmation....

Dual Gauss can also 1 shot the head of any mech, if your lucky with the critical damage.
It might be related to your AC40 issue.
