CHeck out the house hubs (I recommend the Steiner hub, www.housesteiner.com or ts1.housesteiner.com for the Teamspeak server, the TS Server is busy, the forums, not so much), or Comstar (na1.mech-connect.net, forgot the PW, but it's easy to find), or the NGNG server are all good places to find a team. Most will let you drop with whomever without being part of a unit.

You can check out House Marik if you like. We have several regulars on and drop with everything from 2man to 12 mans. It's generally take what you like and are comfortable with. It's pretty laid back although we do like to win once in a while just to keep up appearances. lol And we have the best space bacon in the system.
