[Triple Patte]

I just got a Shadowhawk. First real medium I own, got a Cicada in the past but it is mostly a light mech.

Originally made it as a second line support with good mobility for positioning and generally be a pain in the backplate, but found good use as a pretty nasty ankle biter.

Can't post smurfy link for some reason, but it's got 2 LLs, 1 UAC5, 2 tons of ammo, 2 jumpjets, an XL320 with 2 DHS, endo and ferro. Max armor except 37/52 on the legs. No slots left, pretty tight setup. I have yet to do a game under 500 dmg in it. Simply love the thing.

Might change LLs to ER LLs once I get elite and x2 the heat perks.

What's your opinion? How do you run your Shadowhawk? Ideas for the other variants I'll have to buy to get to elite? Anything Shadowhawk related goes!

I fitted the 2D2 and the 2H with how many ever medium lasers they could take, XL 275 engine, all but 2 armor and 20 srm tubes or 16 srm tubes respectively. With this I can charge and win a straight up battle with just about any assault assuming I get close before taking too much damage. Its fun and if you use them right the arms are devastating even now.

I like this 2D2 also. I have one with 2LLasers, 4SSRM2s, and an A/C2. It has DHS, Endo, and JJs as well. It is a bit of a hot mech, but it is manageable.

The A/C2 is a good long range harraser weapon (even if damage is a bit negligable). The 2 LLasers do most of the work, and the streaks keep the lights at bay.

Fun build overall.

I use mine as a light hunter (4SSRM, 2 MPL,, BAP an XL340 Engine and enough ammunition to start Sucession war 2.0).
