I now have 12 gig ram and don't run fusion so perhaps if I reinstall ow I may not have trouble.

You can ll definitely turn to me if you have any issue with Overwolf whatsoever, even if it's just a feature you guys want for the game. That's my job, to be the guy you all turn to

We do have our own forums (shameless plug) and a support system but you are all more than welcome to PM me here or email me at Ari.Cashriel@Overwolf.com. As for that "faceless crash suport" well, that's me too. Any mail you send to Team@Overwolf.com or Support@Overwolf.com is me

I see, so MWO is crashing.... Hmm... Well, I'll need those logs from people who are experiencing those crashes or had those crashes so I can see what exactly is causing it. There's a lot of info on those logs, so it would help me track it down because we can't reproduce it here in our labs.

Hmm reading what AMD Fusion does, it could be the culprit for you specifically unless all of those crashing are using it. It closes processes in the background to free up RAM and CPU power so it could be that it's closing something that MWO and Overwolf both need to play nicely together. If you run it again without it let me know if that helped you.

2. ran Overwolf + TS3 in background (without any changes to their settings)
3. ran MWO
4. no crashes
i didn't run any game or graphic enhancer. would love to send you the log file, but it's already deleted by either Revo Uninstaller or CCleaner

At least you're not crashing anymore (I hope), but those logs would have been helpful =(

I'd just like to say [+1] to OWRaif and the Overwolf team.
Wow; Trolling a game's site to see if you can lend some support for your plugin for an application that is not even part of the game itself. Brilliant.
I know of a few developers / companies that can learn from you guys.

Let me introduce myself, I'm the Overwolf Community Manager. Overwolf shouldn't crash Mechwarrior Online as it's one of the supported games on our games list (http://www.overwolf....Supported-Games) so if it's doing that, then that's bad and something we could have helped you with. You could (and should) contact us next time and we can help you directly with that kind of issue.
Thanks for the update. Btw. Its not only MWO which crashes, but also Guild Wars 2 which is also on that list. Ive had to uninstall Overwolf for that reason.
Btw... while your at it. Could it be possible to dissable the message that you are using FRAPS for video capture instead of Overwolf? I know that FRAPS uses much more disk space than Overwolf for the videos... but until the quality of the Overwolf Videos gets better, then it is not really a competition (Disk space is not reall much of a problem, as you can still use a video rendering software to compres the FRAPS videos to a smaller size and then delete the FRAPS video).

Your GW2 is also crashing? Huh... well as that's my main game (and I never had that happen) that's also bad. Do you still have your logs that you can send me? I'd love to look that over and help even with that as it shouldn't happen at all. Running FRAPS/SweetFX with Overwolf while playing GW2 maybe? Either of those with GW2 (FRAPS with any game really) will cause crashes.
As for that message, yea it's annoying and I've already discussed it with the devs a few times on making all messages that pop up only appear once, or have an option to disable the popups or something. After you see it once, you kinda get the point and it can get irritating. Though that specific message was more about the incompatibility between Overwolf and FRAPS, as if you run both, you can cause crashes. The size thing was meant as a joke, not the warning. You know, what men always think women complain about, size being the reason for <insert problem here>

not enabling fusion to free resources any more with the 12 gigs ddr3. 4gigs I was running before is realy minimal for win7x64 which is main reason for fusion.
very possible my problems were simply too little resources and some essential services not running.

I think you should go to whatever forums there are for Overwolf if you want support for that product.
