Plain and simple. I use and AMD Radeon HD 3200 and it works pretty well, with everyone on low.

my questions for you is what graphics card do you use, how does it work for you, and what can I do to get the most out of my card!

Thanks!

A somewhat dated Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 1GB.
Playing the game at 1440x900 with medium settings and still maintaining 50+ fps on average.

Radeon R9 290X @ 1920×1200.

For some reason, I get an odd interaction between performance and quality settings: there isn't much of one. I get poor performance (25 fps) on some maps looking certain directions from certain places, and great performance (40+ fps) on others, pretty much regardless of settings. As such, I play with settings at maximum (with vsync off).

As for your card, some settings (textures come to mind) might have VRAM usage as their bottleneck*. Your card (if I'm right) carves it's VRAM out of system memory, which is (relatively) slow. You could play around with the settings while monitoring your VRAM usage. (If you need a tool, Process Explorer can do it.) Ultimately, it's still an integrated graphics card; don't expect miracles.

*This is just an educated guess. It could be other things. Milage may vary. Consult your developer.

EVGA GTX 560Ti 2GB GPU With a AMD FX-4100 CPU OCed to 4.4GHz, FPS Fluctuates from as low as the Teens up to the 40-50 range with average around 30-40, that's Maxed/Very High, Damage Glow and V-Sync On, Motion Blur Off, 1280x1024 @60Hz

Im delightfully surprize that my 3 year old Sapphire Radeon HD 6850 is taking Dx11 pretty well.
Lost about 10 fps, drop from peak 50fps to peak 40fps, currently fps is hovering around 25~40.
