Not bad although you are going to want to mess with the armor values some. Since you are basically a light mech, even though you are medium class, you want to max leg armor. Since the Cicada has pretty good torso twisting and speed, you can go really light on the back armor. Also your arms on that mech are shields so use them as such. Depending on how much you use that LL you may want to go to a ERLL for more range but 11DHS will make it tough to constantly use the LL and MLs together. http://mwo.smurfy-ne...dba250073b867b6 Good luck and good hunting.

Tweak the armor a bit, reduce the engine rating slightly, and you get something tougher and with a bit better payload. It lets you swap to an ERLL, without losing any heat efficiency.
