The Behemoth isn't super heavy. It's 100 tons and has been in production since 2847.

Pretty much this. In 8-12 months everyone will be in their Warhawk and Dire Wolf. Before the clans come out we have 2 months of open slots:
January = Battlemaster
February = Wolverine
March = Griffin
April and May = ????
I say Urbanmech and Banshee !!

Get rid of the stupid locust and replace it with the flea.

Additionally, the Behemoth's other variants require technologies that even the Clans don't have at this point in the BT/MW timeline (the second variant requires all three sizes of Heavy Lasers (not available until 3059), and the third requires twin ATM-9 launchers (not available until 3060)).
The Behemoth II was created by MekTek for their MW4 MekPaks, and is not part of BattleTech.
As such, it seems highly unlikely that either would be seen in MWO anytime soon (if ever).

You're a little out of date here, the only Unseen that are a legal problem (see the Pheonix pack) are the 12 Macross/HG ones.

This, however, is quite a valid point.
Besides which if we get another IS 100-tonner it needs to be the King Crab, obviously.

Here's the Stone Rhino 2, which replaces the large pulse lasers with heavy lasers.

I would love to see Alex redesign this 'mech. I don't think the illustration is detailed enough.
And here's the original Stone Rhino. That dorsal gun is either the two gauss rifles mounted in the same housing, or the small pulse laser.

That version of the Behemoth was made up by the Mektek guys and doesn't actually exist in Battletech.

The issue, IMO, is any possible relationship to HG and Macross/Robotech - hence the second part of my original statement, "...and/or the Macross franchise (through the HWR-00 Monster series of Destroids)".
Recall, HG did send out C&D letters over the MW3015 trailer (the one with a Warhammer that, for whatever it may be worth, doesn't look much like a Tomahawk Destroid to me; see this post), so it's fairly clear that HG is still taking a very active interest in what's going on with BT/MW, and could be expected to make an issue of it even if legal laypeople like us (IANAL, and I assume most or all of us reading or posting in this thread aren't, either) believe that they wouldn't have a case at all

Which would mean either using the Reseen imagery (the 2nd Behemoth variant, from TRO:PP) as the basis for a MWO rendition (which the more vocal part of "the community" would likely - and loudly - reject

I'd especially enjoy the quad rotary gauss variant...
