This situation has happened to me twice now on two different maps. Both times I was hitting a ecm raven at approx 50 meters that was standing still.
The first time being the worst.
The raven was obviously polited by a new player because he was walking and standing still instead of using his speed.
I hit the racen once in the front and then he walked by me and stopped. I then hit him 3 times in the center of the rear panel from less then 50 meters away with 2x med lasers and my ac-20.
And he still ran away alive.
My ping is usually around 50ms and even at its worse should have hit because he stood perfectly still long enough for my weapons to recycle and fire 3 times.
Ummmm?

Video ?
Hmmm...
Hard to verify a missed opportunity from a buggy game without it.
Nvidia shadow play is your friend.

True a fraps vid would help. But to tell you the truth I was too busy screaming wtf why won't u die at the top of my lungs to remember to hit f11.
The raven wasn't even bothering to shoot me. He just walked by and stopped....lol...I'm turning purple jus thinking about it again....lmao

this happens to me all the damn time. even shoving rounds up a stationary atlas butt plate can yield zero damage. check if your ping fluctuates, as people who have unstable pings (such as my self 60ms-to 180-200ms in the same round) still can have HSR problems, as that has not been completely fixed. though its still better than it was...
