I felt like redrawing the original art for the Centurion, it being my favorite mech in-game and all. As much as I love everything about the in-game Centurion I don't believe the original BT art does it justice, so here's my version.

I believed I kept the original look quite intact and the proportions I like, though the legs could be a tiny bit longer - oh well, I'll try harder next time.

The original for comparison:

What do you all think? Constructive criticism is welcome, I really want to get back to my high-school level of drawing skills (I was really good back then if I say so myself) so I'll keep practicing and doodling away. :D

Yeah... can't view the image either... but I have this issue with some image hosting sites when I'm at work due to their networking securities and such

I could - but I had to right click on it, and copy the URL then past the URL into the browser.

Edit: I don't have a lot of useful criticism to give, but I will tell you this:
Keep practicing - there are a lot worse artists out there!

This is better than I could draw. But my Wacom tablet arrived at christmas (thanks santa!) and when i get back from holidays i can finally test it out.

Keep practicing and soon you will be a very good drawer!

Thanks for the advice and compliments, everyone. ;)

I'll keep up the practice and maybe when I feel like I've gotten some significant improvement in I'll do a Centurion re-re-draw!

My end goal is to combine the classic and MWO Centurion, keeping the classic body shape but adding in a lot more detail. I have no idea when I'll get around to it though, with another round of college classes coming up in a week. :D But I'll get it done!

On fire? Dying burning spiders can be fun - or a barrel of spiders going off a cliff - or being launched from a catapult.

(that must be a big barrel to fit multiple battlemechs inside )
