During the holidays my nephew wanted to play MWO as he likes robots. unbeknownst to me he didn't like the mechs I had and sold them all.

PGI to the rescue. Though they cant give me all of my mechs back they did cover their cost and then some, allowing me to rebuy my mechs.

The didn't have to d this because all sales are final. I am one o their biggest critics a Russ well knows with he amount of email I send. I am known as a "passionate" payer. Yet they still took the high road.

They have defiantly earned some leeway from me. Sometimes is not just about the money.

Holy {Scrap}!!! I think there would be a dead nephew in the basement. Well, yes, hats off to PGI and IGP for the work they do, just when all of us think the chips are down.

Well, PGI/IGP does amazing good stuff and throws amazing bad stuff after it and you really feel irritated to a degree that this becomes a love-hate-relationship with no middle ground ever.

Nice to hear they could help you.
