Hey all.

I've been getting a few of my mates into Mechwarrior and I've been teaching them all I know about the mechanics, piloting tricks and tips on mech builds so they're the ones dishing out the pain and not constantly on the receiving end.
Problem is that the game has only one tutorial to get noobies at least moving and shooting during a match, but not much else, so I was wondering if there were any beginners guides equivalent to a manual that I could pass around which would help explain/reinforce what I've been teaching them?

a bit dated though, but it covers the basics. there's a more comprehensive guide ina sticky in the new players section, and mavrck's mech tier list that's kept up to date and worth a read.
