Hello,

today I had 4 first victories of the day but in review on the end of the match, there wasn't any daoubled xp and also icon XP x2 disapeared from the image of mech. Hope this start to work soon, thx.

If it happens again get a SCREENSHOT of your end of round screen where you say there is no doubled XP

Now I had few other victories and it was ok, but I just finished match recently, it ended by defeat and icon XP x2 disappeared, there was no victories with this mech today and it disappeared, really strange

Today it happened again, it was with WVR-6R(P), again no doubled XP, but 1 game before I played with WVR-7K and I got doubled XP. Yesterday I had problem with all Wolverines and GRF - 1N(P), no doubled XP.
I made a screenshot, but I don't know how it can helps, because there's nothing special, but here it goes anyway

You're sure you had the 2xXP icon on that mech in the mechlab before launching? Probably time to file a ticket to support@mwomercs.com

Screenshot the Mech Lab before the match showing the 2x, screenshot the end of round screen (both the Team Stats and the Player Stats screens), then screenshot the Mech Lab after the match showing that there is no 2x. Then send it all to the support E-mail address.

As mentioned above, always check your mechlab, I believe it is first match within a 24 hour time period, not per day, so you can't run it late one night and expect it to be there first thing the next morning.

Oh hey, btw, there is actually a known issue with the double xp. (I sent in a ticket some months ago.) It happens extremely infrequently for me, and I'm not sure of the circumstances involved. Hope it magically fixed itself for you in the past couple days.

Also: The double xp resets at 00:00 GMT, checked at the end of the match.

I can confirm the reset is 00:00 GMT, and I have to close and reopen the game to get the "X2" to reset in the mech lab if I am playing across that moment.
