The point of this post is to put in fun items we want and how they would be implimented.

Examples

Punching- I have a fist ant it takes good spots. let me use it. If I do not have a fist make it break my weapos on that arm.

Kicking- Mig mech kicks light mech. Fun and you can still fight when your weapons are gone.

Silly items like hatchets and swords. You recall the cartoon or any of the games the hatchet man was a hoot. Good against clan mechs but silly and fun.

SB gause- gause gun that breaks into 3 shells. This was anti Clan to take out elementals.

Text news paper every week telling fluf stories of inner sphere. Let me know why we are fighting.

Big banners in my mechlab.

Stickers on my mech.

A que of mechs. Choose 5 mechs and play match after match withoug going to mechlab. Faster drop to play more when we play.

Trash can with fast food in it for the cockpit. perhaps some garbage wrappers for the windows. Like a dirty car.

Option to put mech kill signs on mech . A little mech logo with an x on it for each mech you killed in your last game. make this reset every fight or each time you die. max of 20.

Have a paint job that looks like a hawian shirt.

Have one mech use it's hands to hold a gun.

Create a mode where you get endless respawns at controled capture points. Droped from the sky. And fight till you own all the points and the opponent is gone or time runs out. This would be silly and all about letting lose. It is the same type of thing as virtual world did.

Have clan mech missles shoot slightly down then go up. This would make more missles hit walls and friends if a lrm user is not very careful. also make them blow up if the launcer is hit due to being "hot" loaded. this would make the / option very important.

Let us blow up cars.

I want to fight in the ghetto not always in nice towns.

Silly graphiti

Long cave fights could be very different. underground cities.

Planets with wacky colors would be nice. Think painted desert. Copper rich seas. (turcois) . Glow in the dark rock formations.

A level where when you conquer points the map creates holographic mechs that trick one visual mode and your radar. Think the old animation. Use tag, EMC in the proper mode or a ppc to remove false positives.

Attack a convoy of tanks that is moveing.

A base that fires in defence.

Drop ships that land in game to drop off one lance behind enemy territory.

Chat options. one per faction. lone wolves get none. one for in character one for normal one for people who like to talk about their genitals and proclivity tword ones mother. option to mute people.

Special mark for when you PK your own team too much.

Instruction page.

Page like smurfy with the damage charts.

A character thunder close to the 1st varient that is hoppy. not much but a little. also one with balistic spots for the hunch.

The option to chose which hard point is populated by what item. (the missle griphin without the vision blocking item is very cool.

option to turn off instraments inside except lock on and personal stats. This way someone cannot be in your pit and telegraph your location to the opposition. Of for the dark bords you can see better. (color options for this could also be nice.

Zoom out on radar.




These are ideas I want to share to improve the game. Share yours as well. Just be sure to keep the short. Keep them actionable. keep them positive and no modifying existing things. Keep it to new features.

Faction-specific mech lab, loading screen, etc.
