Anytime anyone in Steiner space wants to rest political control from the ruling Steiner, the first thing they do is tap the Skye Resistance or w/e.
And the good people of Skye ALWAYS comply. The organization tapping Skye never, ever, gives a damn about them. They just use their rabble as a means to force various concession on the House leadership.
It's disgusting. I just wish the Clans would invade them and turn them all in to productive labor caste members. It's really the only solution.
