Im really trying to figure out who drops the ball more.
the majority of the people playing this game or the people running/making the game

as far as people - its not just MWO it is ALL of online gamming as far s combat based games go.Everyone seems to worry about ones own KDR and other stats and they just don't care about the other people on the team.Even tho in a team based game you need teamwork to win.
sitting in the background only firing your weapons to get the kill that your teammate<s> has been working on for 3 min is a D.bag move and not helping your team - atlas boys (and others) that stay in the spawn for 1/2 the match to join in with 1/2 the enemy hurt or dead so you can have easy kills D.bag move an not helping the tam. Going to where ever theta is (dont matter game mode) and having a snipe fest in a tight group hoping the enemy sucks at it worse is not the way to win a match. I don't know how blind or st00pid people need to be to not notice that the teams that have there {Scrap} together TRAVEL TOGETHER and FOCUS FIRE and they WALK OVER the camped snipers EVERYTIME. oka oka 98% of the time. I don't want to hear about comed up teams.Personly I think they should ONLY face other comed up teams but that's not the case.....non comed teams just need to watch the min map and help the guy next to him instead of leach off of him/her......then maybe us non comes can et somthing done once in a while......

as far as the people running the game.....you guys failed to bring us a MechWarrior game however the game is not {Scrap}.Yes us diehard fans waited YEARS for a new mechwarrior game an got something that looks like it but.....that being said ....when I unload 1/2 my 1000+ LRMs onto one mech and it walks away alive....you people fail. When I alpha strike 5 ML into a center torso and everywhere but he center is glowing...you people fail - that state rewind thing you people have....fail flat out - making it so people in 3rd world dirt holes can play your game is pointless....if hey cant afford a decent I-net service they are not buyin MC... ok not everyone lives in a third world dirt hole that gets lousy I-net conections that being said.....they are still not buying MC for a game they can barly play so why cater to them.....and really people in batteltech if an atlas or some other assult mech showed on the battlefield people craped their pants...in your game they are a minor pain in the tail.....jus saying....if lights were the end all be all NOTHING els would have been built what would be the point of the C-Bills and time ...just saying

Your frustration is understandable.

I do wish the game tracked more team-work related stats vs. just kills / deaths. At least it tracks wins / losses, which is more teamwork based.

However, at the end of the day, you can't fix stupid - or selfish. Some people just have no sense of teamwork. Why they play games like this, I'll never know.

If you are this concerned with the performance of your teammates, you should probably find some people to group with. Otherwise, it's always gonna be {Scrap} shoot and you'll keep getting your blood pressure up.

Those players in the background are supposedly providing Fire support. As a former Fire Support player, I had less kills and many more assists which meant I was doing my part for the team. Should I advance? Absolutely, the battle front should be about 500 M in front of me If I am lobbing missiles in to assist kills.

The players hanging back are gaming the game... nothing you can do about those folks.

It is a game right? Even though, one has to wonder, after fighting hard and seeing 3/4 of your team get wiped out, a 99% fresh Battle-Master suddenly appears out of nowhere, albeit much to late, and thinks they are somehow now contributing (no missiles on board either)

One can only think,
"Where you been dude? Could of really used some of that awesome arsenal you got, about 7 minutes ago."

Mud - really this I all you got out of my post.There was no bigotry in my post.Yes I could have sugar coated it a bit....however that dos not make my statement any less true....They are not making any money from them just as well as first/second world dirt holes that just happen to have crappy I-net in their areas. The point that you missed was that they are not making $$$ off them so why cater to them. I.E all that state rewind {Scrap} they are doing to help the high ping players. All it dos is cause more packet loss for everyone as more info has to be transferred.....the reason you aim at center torso with ALL lasers and everywhere but gets hit....or it shows you hitting the enemy mech but NO damage got tansfered to the enemy mech.Maby if more people used the r button to target the enemy an pay attention to the paper doll of the enemy a bit they would notice.
I can do simple math.... 54 points of alpha damage in one leg of ANY medium mech should take it out if not turn it red yet it Is barly yellow when your done if any damage got read at all.....this I due to packet loss...that is due to MASSIVE amounts of info being transferred. Honestly if someones ping is over 150 they should be blocked from online servers of ALL games...but thats my opinion.....I stand by this as when my ping is over 100 I dont play online combat games as my presence is damaging to my team......
