Really guys, I know the engine can handle it. I know your busy with clan warfare, UI 2.0 and that kind of {Scrap}, but seriously, this is 2014, get destructible terrain implemented asap. Also, the stability is really bad on some maps like river city, granted my computer is not top of the line, but sometimes the game lags so bad it's unplayable, and I only have this problem with MWO on specific maps (repair tool doesn't help). Don't you think those things should be top priority, trumping clan warfare?

No.
A reason for us to fight is paramount. That's what CW is. It is very necessary to bring new people to the game and bring back the players who have already quit.
Destructible terrain is a luxury feature. It will not bring new people into the game, or bring players who quit back to the game. We don't need that kind of thing for a good while yet.
If your PC is having problems playing now, it's only going to get worse as they switch to DirectX 11 and activate more graphics options to make things look better in-game. They may be able to optimize the game to improve performance by a small amount, but don't expect miracles. Start saving them pennies for a new system if you haven't already...
