EDIT: I don't use a macro its for baddies. Also its in 4 weapon groups for better visibility as the lights change (more visible in your peripheral)

If we nerf enough weapons we'll eventually be left with small lasers.
But then some mechs can boat more than others so they will have to be nerfed.
And assaults have more armor so that needs to be fixed.
And some mechs are larger than the others so they need to be rescaled.
And some mechs can use bigger engines than others so that needs to be taken care of.

So once we get all that done.
We'll all be in atlases with 1 small laser. 600+pts of armor going 32.4 kph complaining about people's paint jobs being to OP.

Most people couldn't figure out a macro to sync ppcs + gauss.

Most people couldn't aim their shots properly with the firing delay even if they could figure out a macro.
