Again? I didnt see it up here so I decided to post it.

I thought it wouldn't be a problem as Angry Joe is a person PGI/IGP has had media relations with as they have had big marketing campaigns to do with twitch streams and that little grudge match vs another youtube person (sorry the name has slipped my mind)

And to PGI/mods no this isnt some kind of attack on you and going against the new forum rules I am simply posting a video that is in the media from angry joe because he is a I guess I should say acquaintance or yours.

And this is exactly the reason, why I have to move this thread to all the others on K-town.

I repeat what I said in those threads before. If you can find a version of that, which only includes controversy 6 (the one with MWO), you can link that in MWO in the News. The whole video is a no-go!

It's standard practice dude.

I remember once when I used

a video clip from Platoon

to make a point and it was

deleted due to language.

Happens a lot.

Don't assume that just because

it's negative to PGI that it's being

buried.

How long are you a member of this forum? oh... there it is... 18 months nearly to the day. For all this time the rule on language has always been the same and has been handled by me in the same way (for the last 13 months, since before that I wasn't a mod). Well... the rule was already there, the day this website went life in late 2011.

You agreed to this rule when you signed up to this website!

So you knew the rule, warned about the bad language in the video (while knowing that this language is against the rules), but blame me? Really?

No I dont really blame you but if you actually go check if you have the powers to do so I only added in that EDIT about language well after others had informed me that it had been removed before. PGI might want to rethink who they team up with from now on because a youtube critic who swears like a drunken sailor sometimes and is brutally honest with over a million subscribers who cant be controlled is not a good thing. Stick to NGNG...

I haven't really been round much for the last month so I just thought it was unposted as I assumed most who cared were elsewhere like I was, but on that topic since this thread is free for all now that "heavy handed" comment was not aimed at you instead at the general vibe that these forums have had for a long time aka "insert the great general discussion forum purge topic here" and "anything anti PGI gets jettisoned"

Anyone who looks closely, will see that there are still many negativly critical threads in the normal forums. Only those that are aimed directly against the developers/moderators/PGI/IGP with some obscure conspiracy theory, bad language or insults go the way of the dodo.

But those who claim our moderation is heavy handed, do not want to acknowledge that and ignore this fact in their claims.

The way of the dodo on these boards isn't as hard as mother nature was to the name giving creature. At least most of the time.
