Victor. Because it is more versatile than the Warhammer for my type of piloting habits.

The Victor even though it's an 80 tonner to the Warhammer's 70. I'm not fond of the phoenix version of the Warhammer.

If we're itching for a 70 ton chassis how about a Guillotine or a Grasshopper ?

Also a proud Davion for centuries. Voted for Victor, even though the basic one has no long range weapons, the whammy has heat problems that wont let it escape the AC/20.

That's probably why Victor Davion wants CC annihilated.

He can't stand the embarrasment of being named after a mech of its arch enemy, which all of his troops, inclouding him, admit it is a very good mech. ;)

Warhammer wins no question - primary weapons are twin ppc's equils the damage of the victors short range ac20 with no ammo concerns. - both have 2 med lasers - secondary wepons the war hammer has the victor out guned. speed is not a factor - armor i think is comprable - so for your extra 10 tones mass you get a mech that can only win in ambush situations. 4 vs 4 on an open field - warhammer wins - ambush wise i give the edge to the victor and each mech need to finish off its target with in 8 shots. or its ac20 is trash

I think we can even now safely agree that both of these are great mechs and choosing just one of them is like choosing your favorite child. ;)

I prefer heavy mediums and light heavies, though. B)

This is the first of the "vs" threads that doesn't have a clear choice in my mind.

Might have to say Victor though...

No Warhammer!

Victor!

Someone combine them into one super mech please!

Victor! the Warhammers armor´s too weak and each AC shell and kick strike deep into it´s structure.

Warhammer. Even the 9D Victor has limited versatility and firepower for it's size. I'd miss the JJs, of course, but they are only useful under certain circumstances.

Warhammer is a bit light on armor for me. I'd prefer the Victor.

Victor due to the extra mobility of the jump jets. On a flat terrain light on trees and cover it would be a problem getting close to the Warhammer without suffering some damage, but once the Victor gets in tight all the advantages shift. Jump jets would be huge, and the twin PPC's on the Warhammer would be within minimum range factors on many shots. On top of that, the AC/20 on the Victor punches a hole anywhere on the 'Hammer.

On Nullunit's note, I want the Behemoth Mk I from MW4:Mercs Mekpak. Sure it doesn't exist in canon - but it should! THAT THING LOOKS AWESOME!
